A conversation with Jack

Jack "Mommy can I have some milk?"

Me "I'm sorry honey, the milk is expired."

Jack "Does we have any milk without spiders?"

I love those moments when kids repeat something back to you and it's totally different than what you originally said! It reminds me of that game "Babylon" - if you've never played it...I highly recommend it!

A couple years ago my niece, who was about 3 at the time, was sitting in the back of my sister's car saying "Cheese and Nuts song mommy, cheese and nuts" Well Vienna had no idea what the "cheese and nuts" song was, and search thru her entire CD collection while Alicia kept chanting in the back seat "cheese and nuts". FINALLY, Vienna played the Shania Twain song that goes "Shes. Not. Just a pretty face..."

Alicia thought she was saying "cheese and nuts"
